    Hi there.

    Please confirm you are aware that the chat window will only display when the agent/admin user of the site is online?

    cool. that’s a neat feature… didn’t know
    but what does Chat offline. Leave a message do? and when is used?

    Hi there.

    My sincerest apologies for only getting back to you now!

    The Pro version allows your users to send offline messages when the chat is offline. This means that the chat window will still display on your site, but instead of being able to start a chat with an agent, they are presented with a form where they can enter their name, email address and a message that will be sent to a specified address set out in the Settings page of our plugin 🙂
