We are sorry, but you cannot select the box in the Front End. The plugin automatically selects the box that suits to the requirement.

Once you are done, if you have any problem with the shipping services or rates, kindly do the following :

2. To compare the rates with the rates returned from FedEx, kindly go to FedEx Rate Calculator and calculate the rate.On performing these things, if the problem persists, kindly create a support ticket with the following details :

The overall scenario of our business is as follows :
1. If client is a small business owner with 1 item and he needs only real time features, then he can opt for the basic version of the plugin in wordpress.
2. If client has more products,
a) he needs custom rates,
b) he needs box packing
c) or he needs different services for different shipping classes,
d) wants to print labels for multiple products and get tracking information, etc
then he has to purchase our premium plugin.Let us know if you have any query.

We are sorry about the rates troubles.
As we have discussed earlier, the basic version of the plugin supports only PACK ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY optionNow, If the order has multiple items, all items will be packed separately and the shipping cost will be calculated separately.
Premium Version offers PACK INTO BOX ACCORDING TO WEIGHT AND DIMENSION options, that allows you to pack multiple items together in a single box thus calculating shipping costs on the basis of that.
So we will suggest you upgrade to the premium version, as the basic version is well suited for small business owners or when you have one item in the cart.

Unfortunately, the parcel packing option is not available with the basic version.

Yes you can fetch the negotiated rates offered to you by DHL by selecting “Account Rate” in the option – “Request Type”.
DHL provides different rates which depends on whether customer is account holder or not. The option “Request Type” is used to select List Rates or Account Rates.
List Rate: DHL provides standard shipping rates for public. Select this option if you want to offer only standard rates.
Account Rate: DHL provides discounted rate to DHL Account holder. Select this option if you want to facilitate the customer with discounted rate.

Well, you are using the basic version of the Stamps.com plugin. Also, as you mentioned, that rate get doubled once you add two items in the cart, this is a common problem that appears when you use PACK ITEM INDIVIDUALLY option for parcel packing. In this case, you were charged for 2 packages.
The basic version of Stamps.com plugin is well suited for small business owners or when you have one item in the cart.
However, with the premium version of Stamps.com plugin you get an additional parcel packing option PACK INTO BOXES WITH WEIGHT AND DIMENSION that will allow you to pack multiple items in the single box. In this case, rates will be charged for the single box(comprising of multiple products).
Here, you need to define the size of the custom box according to your product dimension.Let us know, If you need any help.

In the basic version of the plugin, default unit options are in IN and LB. If you have selected CM and KG, then DHL Express plugin converts them into IN and LB and then sends to the DHL API.
However, in the premium version of the plugin, the plugin has an option to change the units.

When we checked the code snippet, we found a spelling mistake for “wf_country_weight_woocommerce_shipping”.
Kindly check the spelling by going to the shipping method at the cart page, right click on it and select inspect.
