    Hi Igor, We’re still working through the testing process. Because it’s an intermittent problem, I’ve got to make one plugin, wait to see if the problem still occurs over the next few days, repeat etc.

    The problem seems to be that if we disable all plugins except Woo and Eway, we get no customers (because the website doesn’t display very well) to cause the problem so we can’t tell if the problem is still there.

    If we do the disabling on the staging environment, I again assume that no customers will see/use this so their card details will not be inputted into the staging thing so it can’t activate the potential problem.

    Am I missing something in the process?

    Hello and thanks for your detailed reply.

    Firstly apologies for posting in the wrong forum thread (I’m not good with all of this) and also for posting a duplicate (not sure how that happened, I’m still not good with all of this 🙂 I am replying to your message still on the wrong forum thread as I do not know how to transfer it to the correct one. Tell me if you want me to start a new thread on woocommerce-gateway-eway.

    I have a nice lady who helps me with my websites and I have given your reply to her and she is working through the suggestions.

    Here is an update so far…

    Here is the System Status Report you asked for and, while it means nothing to me, she also tells me the log shows No Fatal Errors. (I tried to copy it here as you requested but when I go to Woocommerce>Status>Logs, the only log in there is 5 days ago and ‘view’ just brings up a blank page. 

    Attached is the capture she sent me of the System Status Report but it shows no *Fatal Error Logs*.

    Firstly, sorry about the 404 at the page link I gave you.

    I have had to put a hold on working on the H1 issue because I have just discovered a bigger problem. I hope it’s ok if I detail it here instead of starting a new thread.
    It seems that my OceanWP child theme is causing blocks of text and images to not show on Mobile screens. They are fine on Tablet and PC, just not showing on Mobiles. I have just finished the exhaustive testing of deactivating and re activating all plugins and found no problems there. It was only when I changed to TwentyTwentyTwo theme that I found the issue was with OceanWP child. While I only became aware of this problem today I think maybe it has been this way since we did a large update about 4 weeks ago. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks Chris

    A quick update. No spam at all since installing hCaptcha 4 days ago. Not sure if this means its a better program or I just didn’t install reCaprcha correctly the first time.

    Hello all,
    I’ve just changed to hCaptcha and will give it a go for a while to see if it gets any better. I do this because I could not find where to edit the security strength for Google reCAPTCHA (I was looking for a slider, is that right?)

    Hi everyone,
    Thanks for the timely support but I think all of this is beyond me. I’ve spent 3 days on this now and I seem to be no closer to a resolution. I’ve installed WP-Crontrol but can’t understand how to use it, I’ve read the post about reducing database size but, again, don’t know how to implement it, I’ve tried to implement Nick Greens fix but it didn’t make a difference (I probably put it in the wrong place!). In short, it’s time for me to admit defeat.
    Is there somewhere I can find an expert and pay them to fix this for me?

    Hi Andre’,
    thanks for the great answer, I will install WR-Crontrol tonight and begin the process for both of those things.
    That actually was the small part of the 302mb database size, the bulk of it (180mb) seems to be in ‘post data’ and I’m told this is probably old woocommerce sales records etc as there are a number of warnings about lengthy records created by woocommerce PDF creator. Could it be I have a setting wrong that is storing these in the wrong way or for too long? Where will I search to find these settings and how do I archive or delete the old ones? Thanks again.

    Perfect! Works just like a ‘bought one’.
    I tried adding an automatic ‘Subject’ to the email link but this broke the link so I went back to what you suggested and it works fine. Thanks for your help.

    I’m actually trying to create an order form for our products (about 30 products so need 30 rows) and I need 8 columns for each product. Just the same as a spreadsheet really. Don’t need it to be responsive at all. Happy for this page to only be on a full screen. Not sure if there is a way I could make this work then.
