In reply to: [Really Simple Twitter Feed Widget] Unable to get tweetsHi malawimama,
sometimes any Twitter related plugin is unable to get tweets, because of Twitter servers rate limits or cache issues (or configuration errors). The plugin works fine in the test and production websites we control, can you try again to load tweets? Also, you could get more details when enabling Debug mode.

In reply to: [Really Simple Share] Not compatible with the Facebook pluginIt’s a shame … “Facebook Plugin” it’s a much bigger business than ours, with lots of developers, but their releases are buggy and lots of people report them broken.
Now, their plugin claims we aren’t compatible, but the incompatibility only arises when using the “send” advanced option … a clearer way of acting should be to explain these cases instead of directly banning other plugins 🙂
Thanks for your support!

In reply to: [Really Simple Share] Not compatible with the Facebook pluginHi, I think the only way to solve it is noticing the issue to the Facebook Plugin guys … the Fatal error you get is on their plugin. We don’t use any “fb_admin_dialog()” function, so we can’t help on our side.

In reply to: [Really Simple Share] Not compatible with the Facebook pluginHi odoremieux,
the plugin is basically compatible with the Facebook plugin (we use them together in some test websites) because Facebook Like buttons are inserted as iframes. Just make sure you don’t activate the “Facebook send” option, which may cause some issue because it hasn’t an iframe implementation.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Really Simple Share] Not working with WooCommerce?Hi macfocus,
there isn’t a known issue with WooCommerce. The plugin is active? Can you see its settings page without problems? If so, try to change the “publish on” setting, enabling pages, posts in different ways. You can also change some advanced options (scripts at the bottom, disable on excerpts, etc.).If none of these changes works, please tell us the website url, if public, to take a look at the generated code.

In reply to: [Really Simple Share] Please Help – Disable Share on Testimonial PageHi azmogul2011,
these custom pages could have the custom field prompt, maybe hidden by default. Try to enable it clicking on the upper right “screen options” button, and selecting the “custom fields” checkbox. Cheers!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Really Simple Share] Twitter share button very very slowHi davidplanchotm, the issue is still there? If so, can you tell us your website url?
Our plugin is monitored on several test and production sites, we’re not experiencing Twitter issues at the moment. Please consider that all the social plugins rely on external data, so temporary issues on the Twitter servers can slow down your website; this is not plugin dependent, but strictly related to every social network involved.

In reply to: [Really Simple Share] Chaning the Facebook "F" to the thumbs up?Hi gormley,
I think I misunderstood your request earlier. Anyway applying css to an external iFrame (the Facebook Button is implemented this way) is generally denied for cross-frame security reasons. For more info see here and on the web.
Hi all,
we no longer experience any problem now on your websites. Can you confirm that? It really seems a FB temporary internal issue, because our plugin FB code has not changed in the meanwhile.
