In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] passwordHi,
I’d recommend taking a look at the memory allocated to your site. Blank pages usually indicate not enough memory. We recommend 128MB.

Hi,
Currently, we do not support Windows Server. It could possibly work but I’m not sure where to tell you to start checking.

Hi,
Do you use domain mapping? Here are a few more things to look at first:

Let us know if you meet those requirements and we can troubleshoot further.
Thanks!
BrianCurrently, those are the only toggles for warnings. Try turning off “Alert on Warnings.” That should take care of plugins.
Let me know if that helps or not.
Thanks!
BrianOn your site, add that username (IsraelNunan) under Wordfence Options->Immediately block the IP of users who try to sign in as these usernames.
You could try this:
Add the username here if it doesn’t actually exist on your site.

Hi,
How much memory is actually allocated to your site? You could check with the hosting company. If it’s below 128MB have them increase it.
Thanks,
BrianHi,
That looks like it is under the failed logins section so none of those users have logged in successfully. It looks like a bot just trying to using a random name to login so there is nothing you can to remove. Am I assuming correctly?
Thanks,
BrianHi,
I’d recommend backing up your settings and removing Wordfence and table data completely. Then do a clean install and import your settings.

BrianHi,
When you enable Falcon does your .htaccess file have code added to it like the link I’m posting?
http://docs.wordfence.com/en/I_enabled_Falcon_Caching_and_my_site_errors_out._What_went_wrong%3F
If it doesn’t, try adding the code per the instructions
Hope that helps,
BrianHello,
Try emptying the wfcache folder and then visit some pages. If cacheing is working, the directory should repopulate.

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] Scan FailsHi,
Sounds like an issue with that theme. Can you try the default WordPress theme temporarliy to test?
-Brian
Is the table large. My guess is the auto increment on the primary key isn’t working correctly. You could try clearing the table and let it start to repopulate. I’m linking you to an older post on how to do it.
