Thanks for the feedback! I’ll pass this along to the development team.

Hi Clint,
The service mentioned offering the free SSL certs is called Let’s Encrypt. Their website is showing quarter 4 of 2015 now. Looks like the rollout was pushed back.

Hi Ron,
When scans do not complete it usually points to lack of system resources. Make sure you have enough memory and CPU available. Are you on a shared hosting platform? If so, you may want to disable Live Traffic to gain more CPU headroom. Here are the system requirements:

Here is a link to troubleshooting scans not completing. Try the suggested settings:
Report back and we can troubleshoot more if necessary.
Thanks!
BrianHi there,
Sorry to hear of the trouble you’re having. Can you have your web person login and check who is setup to receive alerts from WordPress? This is setup in WordPress and not in Wordfence. Is your account a site administrator? What other plugins do you have installed?

Anna,
Sounds like a possible issue with the database tables since IP addresses are not being added. You could try a running a repair on the Wordfence MySQL tables and see if that helps.
If it comes to it, removing Wordfence and table data and doing a fresh install will assure you that the tables are functioning properly. You can even export your current settings and reimport them after the reinstall.

Hi Anna,
The blocks on IP addresses expire after a period of time. The default block is 5 minutes when an IP breaks a rule. You can make the block time longer in Options or click on the “Block this IP” link from the page you included in the screenshot to make the block permanent.
Is this a new installation of Wordfence or have you had it running for a while?
Thanks,
BrianWordfence will scan your site automatically and alert you to problems. If/when Wordfence alerts you to an issue, fix the problem, and then run a manual scan to confirm the issue is resolved.

Hi,
If you have FTP access or similar to your site you could navigate directly to that directory and delete the file in question. Check with your hosting provider if you are not sure how to access via FTP.
Thanks,
BrianHi,
How long have you had Wordfence installed and has it shown up as expected in the past? Have you added any new plugins recently? I’d recommend starting here…
Let me know if that helps or if the problem persists.
Thanks!
BrianHi,
It looks like a typo. You’d have to check with the plugin developer to see if they updated their plugin with that new “accidental” spelling.

Hi,
Falcon Engine should increase the loading time of your site as it is a very fast server-side cache. Here’s more details:

Thanks!
BrianLive Traffic is the same in both versions. You can see the added features in Premium here (scroll down):
Do you have Google Analytics added to your site? That would help keep track of traffic.
Hi,
I’ll pass your suggestions along. Currently, there is not a way to output traffic, adjust the size of the tables, or the time period. Due to the live nature of Live Traffic, the logs would get very large if we kept more data. Right now it’s a tradeoff to keep performance on the site up and the table size small.
Thanks,
BrianHi,
I’d recommend removing Wordfence and table data and then doing a fresh install.
This will help rule out an installation issue. Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
BrianHi Sal,
Threats change daily so I would recommend leaving the automatic scans enabled if possible.
Thanks,
Brian
