Hi @kennethrg
Thank you for your kind feedback, much appreciated.
I checked the URL you provided and it does look like some kind of plugin conflict on the page you provided. I’d recommend trying to disable other plugins temporarily and then reintroduce them one-by-one to see which might be causing this issue.
Try disabling Cryout Serious Slider first which is one of the plugins that is enqueuing its own jQuery library. It appears that plugin hasn’t been updated in quite some time.
If that doesn’t help, please send us an export of your form to https://wsform.com/support/ and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
Many thanks!

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] PHP Errors in Ajax ResponseThis is actually a PHP bug (rare!). It is a known issue with PHP that has been fixed. You would need to upgrade your PHP version to remove this warning message.
This is not a WS Form bug.

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] reply-to url not workingThat makes sense. Yes, some SMTP plugins allow you to override settings such as the From address for all outgoing email. I’m glad to hear you got it working!

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] reply-to url not workingHi @aryanrajseo
The default setting of the Reply To setting is blank.
The default setting of the From setting is #blog_admin_email which inserts the WordPress administration email address.
If you are making changes to these settings and they are not taking effect, it suggests you are not clicking the Publish button at the top of the layout editor.
The #field variable can be used in Send Email action settings such as From, To and Reply To.
You can learn more about setting up an email notification here:

You can find user related variables here:

Hi @jacoplane
You could migrate the database tables for WS Form to the new site.
You’ll find a list of the custom database tables WS Form uses here:
https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/ws-form-database-tables/
These tables include the forms themselves as well as the submissions.
Many thanks

Hi @ballo3issa !
Thanks for your inquiry.
Could you please send us an export of your form here: https://wsform.com/support/
I would be grateful if you could include a sample of the text you are working with in the ticket description and also let me know where in WS Form you are seeing the replaced characters so that we can look into this further for you. Many thanks!

Thanks for your question. As you can see from the error:
"Your WordPress uploads directory cannot be written to"I would recommend checking the permissions of your uploads directory to ensure it can be written to. It is very unusual for this directory to not have write permissions because it is needed for the media library and other plugin related files so this will not only affect WS Form but it will also also other core WordPress functionality as well.
You uploads directory can typically be found at:
wp-content/uploads/Once your uploads folder is configured correctly, this error will go away.
If you need further assistance with this I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider who should be able to help with this.
Many thanks
