In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] WS-Forms not workingHi Owen
There is a problem with the page on the URL you provided that is unrelated to WS Form. If you view the source code you’ll see it is not rendering beyond an h4 tag in the sidebar. Because of this, the WordPress footer is not rendering and that is causing WS Form to not render fully, along with other features of your site.
I hope this helps!
Mark
I still don’t understand.
Could you please send a screenshot via our support form? We’ll be happy to assist further.
I’m sorry I don’t understand your question. Could you please provide more information?

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] Cant export CSV anymore@jimtorarp this has been fixed in version 1.10.8.
Thanks for your kind feedback! I think this might have been intended as a review rather than a support ticket?
Hi @huubl
Nice idea, but that wouldn’t work in practice for us as our LITE and PRO editions share the same codebase.
Many thanks for the suggestion though.
Our support does not cover debugging custom PHP / JS code, but we do have a partnership with Codeable for this very purpose and they should be able to help. You can learn more about that here:

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] Exact match text fieldYes you could make the field Required and use a regular expression in the Pattern setting in the Advanced tab.
You can learn more about regular expressions here:
https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/using-regex-pattern-attributes-on-field-inputs/
If you want to ensure an extract string is entered, you can literally enter the string you need in the Pattern setting.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] Connecting to MailPoetHi @khellma
Yes we have a MailPoet add-on for the PRO edition WS Form. You can learn more about it here:

Many thanks!
This is a bug with WordPress itself, not WS Form. Hopefully a fix will be released soon.
Thanks
Mark
Hi @huubl, I’m pleased to say we have identified the issue and this has been fixed ready for the next version of WS Form.
