In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Plugin is not workingHi Firas,
To enable auto updates you need to turn it on in
Generaltab inAutomatic Updatessection. Change it fromDefaulttoOn. Please also make sure you have setEnable core / plugin / theme updatesin respective sections. If you have done already, do you see any warning messages in
Advancedtab aboveForce updatesoption? If so, your hosting one click WP installer is disabled updates in yourwp-config.phpfolderOr do you see any errors in console? or server error log file?
Did you try disabling other plugins? Are available updates shown in dashboard? can you do update manually?
Sorry, It is lots of question rather than answer, but our plugin is working fine at our end and for other users as well. So it should be something with your settings.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Tab General doesn’t work after update pluginHi @albertfranz65,
Version 7.0.1 suppose to eliminate that infinite loading problem if your site has plugins that don’t support WP REST API. Could you please make sure you have cleared your browser cache and try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5)
Do you see any error in browser console?

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Plugin UpdatesHi @maysle,
When you disable updates, EUM not even checking for updates. That is why there is no notification. If you disable that means that you are not going to update.
You can set automatic updates to
offand thenEnable plugin updatesthen you’ll see notification in Dashboard. Regarding email notification, I’ll add it to our features idea.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Disable Major ReleasesHi François,
At this moment there is no such feature to email notify available updates. But you can use our UpdraftPlus backup plugin to take a automatic update before updating site.
I’m marking this thread as resolved, please feel free to reply, if you have questions.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Disable Major ReleasesHi François,
Sorry for the delayed response.
It means your site WP Core won’t be updated to major releases.
Major releases are releases that have additional features, UI overhaul, compatibility change, etcFor example, WP 3.0 had introduced Nav Menus and 4.0 had introduced Grid Views for media, plugins, etc
https://codex.wordpress.org/Version_3.0
https://codex.wordpress.org/Version_4.0Minor releases are revisions, bug fixes, etc
If you disable, you will not be notified. However, you can create another admin and exclude him from settings. So that he can view and manage any updates regardless of how you set Easy Updates manager settings.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Plugin UpdatesHi @maysle,
Under
WordPress Plugin Updatesheading, If you have selectedDisable Plugin Updatesthen you won’t see any available updates. Since this plugin does auto updates, not showing updates makes sense, I hope.Alternatively, you can create another admin and exclude him from
Advancedtab.
That way, another admin can see updates and manage them manually regardless of how Easy Updates Manager has settings.Hope this helps…

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Does no run automaticaly, but runs if Force UpdatesIf you see cron events, then it should update. It is either other settings of Easy Updates Manager (may be you have chosen
customandindiviualoptions) or other plugins may prevent the automatic updates.Sorry, I couldn’t think of anything else without knowing the whole settings and other plugins installed in your site.
