In reply to: [WCP Contact Form] No Submit SuccessDonna,
Could you please clarify, what do you meant?
You didn’t recieve messages to the Inbox or you didn’t get email notifications?
If you didn’t got notifications without SMTP settings – it is known issue, but it is not our or other contact plugin(s) bug.
You can find more information about possible WordPress email configuration issues here: http://www.butlerblog.com/2013/09/24/troubleshooting-the-wp_mail-function/.Also, if you want to discuss this issue within our plugin, perhaps you need to create own topic rather than use this topic.
with kind regards,

In reply to: [WCP Contact Form] No Submit SuccessChris,
If you just installed and configured plugin, add shortcode and didn’t make any customization for our plugin – we don’t think that access to admin panel will help us.
Perhaps, if you are able to create development clone of this site and provide templary access for admin panel and FTP – perhaps it can help for research, because it can be some conflict with other plugins. Also, as quick solution – you can use separate thank you page, to prevent this issue.

In reply to: [WCP OpenWeather] Conflict with Advanced Custom Fields (Pro)tomirk,
We’ve added new option for disabling Google Map library that used inside our plugin.
You can find this option: WCP Weather > Settings > Plugin tab > Other section > Enable “Google Maps API” option. You can use it for your purposes. However, we want to pay your attention on that fact that when you disable this option you won’t be able to use Google Autocomplete, city language translation based on Google Autocomplete and city location will be defined based on information received from OpenWeatherMap API.
Please let us know if this will help you.

In reply to: [WCP OpenWeather] date format 11/17 to 17.11.ervenik,
For the “WCP Weather Mini” widget you can change date format for all forecast items in this file:
../theme/metro/templates/widget/wcp_weather_mini_widget/default/forecast-item.php, line 10
The following characters are recognized in the format parameter string you can find here: http://php.net/manual/en/function.date.php
If you want to change date format in the header of the widget you can change it here:
../theme/metro/templates/widget/wcp_weather_mini_widget/default/layout.php, line 28
The following characters are recognized in the format parameter string you can find here: http://php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php
We also want to pay your attention on that fact that your changes will be overwritten after plugin update.
Please let us know if this information will help you.

As described in initial post, plugin do not provide this funcionality via plugin settings.
You asked placement of files directly in the plugin folder, we do not recommend to do this, however we provide this information.
If you need to have path to necessary files, please provide full information about active plugun theme, what you use shortcode or widget, which template you used etc. Based on this we’ll be able to send list of the files that you need to change.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WCP OpenWeather] Conflict with Advanced Custom Fields (Pro)Hi tomirk,
It is known issue and it is not conflict with ACF Pro, because we also often use this plugin and Pro version is installed on our development equipment. This is conflict related to ussage Google Map API in the both plugins, that can’t be used several times.
We used Google Map API to add possibility for city names translation and get more accurate city location based on geo coordinates rather than provide OpenWeatherMap API.
However, based on several previous requests about this issue we’ll add optional possibility to turn off Google Map library that used inside our plugin, but we want to pay your attantion on that fact that after disabling of this option you won’t be able to usse all described features above.
Plugin will be updated during today.with kind regards,

In reply to: [WCP OpenWeather] date format 11/17 to 17.11.You can find files that include parts with data in the core plugin “templates” folder and also in the default/metro themes “templates” folders.
However, we do not recommend to make a changes directly in the plugin files. You changes can be overwritten after plugin updates.Forum: Plugins
