So sad, that you have an issue with our plugin. We always try to help users of our plugin that use described ways to have a support of our plugin: WordPress support tab, direct email address, contact form of our site. This information described in the plugin description. In additional, provided information from your side says that something doesn’t work somewhere – unfortunately our devs are not able to help based this info.In case if you create rigth support topic – you can see following note from WordPress.ORG – http://c2n.me/3Czv3jm – how to provide support infromation in the right way.
However, if you think that providing of low rate is the best way to solve of your issue, so we wish you good luck and suggest to find another solution for your site.

Your issue is not common and can be related to various causes. To debug of your issue you can disable all plugins and enable it one by one to find cause of this issue. If this won’t help, you can change your theme on default one, possible your theme has conflict with our plugin.

As noted in the plugin description:

Multilanguage functionality has limitation based on OpenWeatherMap API languages support, i.e. city name has no translation for city name by default and description of weather conditions have translation only for languages form OpenWeatherMap API list.
Currently, translation of the city names realized via Google autocomplete for city name based on active language for the plugin.

You can disabled Google autocomplete in the plugin settings (Plugin Tab > Enable “Google Maps API”) and add necessary value manually (possible CityID also will work, we didn’t test it), however, in this case you’ll get city name directly form OpenVeather without translation.

Also, what problem you have with described cities? Seems it can be found with Google autocomplete without issues: http://clip2net.com/s/3AK8nBa and result on the site frontend – http://clip2net.com/s/3AK8uxs.

Here is our demo site with last plugin version. Everything is working properly.
Seems, you don’t need to solve your issue, because you prefer to add a low rate rather than ask questions to the plugin support forum or directly via suport email as noted in plugin description.
But in any way, thanks for your detailed feedback about the issue, we guess it will be helpful for people as well as can help us to find some undefined JS issue that you have on your WP instalation and which possible do not directly related to our plugin.

For Geo-Location IP we use ipinfo.io third-party service with free plan that has following limitations:

• 1,000 Daily Requests
• No SSL / HTTPS
• No Support

Also, for integration of this third-party service we use this library: https://github.com/DavidePastore/ipinfo that possible allows to use paid API key from ipinfo.io, however current plugin realization does’t support this feature.

We can try to add API-key field for the next plugin release (in case if this is possible), however we do not guarantee that it will help, because we are not able to test it.
