– limitation on connections number;
– .htaccess settings;
– firewall settings.
Also, additional info about errors can be found in the server error log.

We guess, we found the issue.
Your server returns 503 error (Service Temporarily Unavailable) for some AJAX requests and JavaScript stops working after that.
We will add hot-fix for this issue shortly, but we think, that the problem is in your server settings.
