Okay, thank your for additional clarification.
However, we do not describe our plugin as multi form builder. As described in the plugin description, this plugin just simple contact form with dynamic field set and this basic functionality is provided to user. So, we think that the comparison between our plugin and form builders plugin it is not suitable.
But in any way, thank you for spent time and provided feedback.

However, could you please clarify, what criteria you’ve used for plugin rate, except lack of part functionality that equal to common email client rather than simple WordPress-based contact form.
We just want to let other people know an objective assessment of plugin functionality. Perhaps something is not working or not exist based on described plugin functionality.
Also, we will add described “Quick Reply” functionality during today.

Functionality that you describe in your previous message can be realized, however this functionality more complex and similar to common mail client. Such functionality cannot be added quickly, because it will take a lot of development work and also not quite suitable for free plugin.

OK, so if we understood you correctly, currently we are able to add for each message (Inbox page) “Reply” button. By click on this button will be opened standard mail client with preset email address (email address is based on field value that defined in the “Settings” > “Notifications” tab > “User Email Field”).
Perhaps we will improve this functionality in future.More information about our plugin you can find here.
Please let us know if described realization is suitable for you. If yes, we are able to add this within one or two days.

Thank you for your feedback, however most used language for discussions is English.
Unfortunately, we don’t know Spanish and don’t quite understand your issue based on translation.
By the way, as common practice, if people have questions, issues or suggestions they use support forum rather than give low rating.
Based on translation, you want to have some button in the message list (Inbox) for each message that allows to make quick replay to sender.
This functionality might be added in some way for our plugin, if you just asked about it on the support forum for our plugin, used our contact form on demo site or sent direct email as described in plugin description.
If you interested in this functionality, lets discuss it.
In additional, if this is possible, provide more information about the criteria that you used for rate us, because we are working on improvement of our plugin and this information may be helpful.

All fields name on your site are equal – name=”scfp-placeholder”.
By default all field names are generated automaticly and always have unique values. So based on screenshot from your site, we can’t define cause and explain how it can be possible.
