I am still unsure how dangerous a tool like this can behave (for people not being a pro at mysql, for example).

I have to say, that I cannot say, if this plugin was creating the problems, cause the clients webhost did cause so many other stuff…They from support did their best, but I installed everythign new on new webhost, so it wasnt a “normal site transfer” at the end.
I cannot really help You further.
But as I really found all the entries in mysql AFTER I uninstalled the plugin, and the role system obviously is changed permanently, I would recommend to only install this, for the first time, AFTER the site has been transferred.
It belongs to settings of the target host, so I am feeling better next time, to use it, when needed, only after transfer was susccessful.
I think I will handle ANY role plugin this way, in future.

But Yes, to conclude: Support isnt available really and not reacting very helpful, if reacting anyway.Advanced Acess Manager has been uninstalled but seems to be still influencing the user roles.
I wanted to transfer a site. And on the new webhost, I dont have any right to go to /wp-admin
The plugin was absolutely uninstalled, but is still to be found in the tables

Have You consiedered earlier any problems during site transfers??Of course all three other plugins are also deactivated before site transfer.

AndreI dont think so. Clubs and being number one, this goes together with a lot personal opinion, it starts with the design style and theming philosophy.
But generally, they are NOT selling themes, cause their themes are GPL.
They are selling support, as this is a themes clubs’ way to earn, this should be the most important thing for any “wordpress” theme club (listed under themes) to remember.@vehicros: I think the way they use to earn money is okay, cause the support on opensource (which they actually sell, cause their themes are GPL) is the way to earn money with opensource.
I was only talking about no clear way to a solution, which also is my understanding of opensource, that people try to give a clear understanding of solutions.
Not only woocommerce, but also other bigger theme clubs dont really care THAT much for their support in the mind of opensource (like solutions clearly posted on support forums) as they pretend to do.
Like I know from a paid club, where every second (or so) thread is answered by supporters with: “PIM me Your details” and the thread dies after this.
This is the wrong understanding of OS by some theme club supporters, in my eyes, even in paid support forums. To let a thread die, where others could also use the solution (and this way take pressure from supporters, also), when the solution only would need to be posted. NO, they keep the solution as a secret. Most stupid, in my eyes.

AndreThe speed did improve by the feeling.
The page load on webpagetest didnt improve.I also tried a lot of testing with ab, after I set up the apache settings.
ab testing also makes me wild.
Doesnt make much sense, if a tool delivers that irregular results.Next will be improvement of databse settings.

I was just a step too complicated.
I followed little guide http://www.riyaz.net/blogging/setup-own-cdn/890/ to setup a cname domain on DNS provider. Not needed as far as I can see and only is ending in chaos.
Additionally I set up that domain on my hosting panel (each thing is dedicated) and also told that domain on the hosting panel it would be a cnmae of the target domain.All isn’t needed, because just setting a subdomain belonging to the target domain, like domain1.com and the cdn is hosted on cdn1.domain.com, was working finally now.
I furthermore now have the problem, that after everything is setup correctly (on both target domains, with and without cloudflare) I have lost two score points on webpagetest. The cdn isnt detected as a cdn.
This whole topic starts driving me crazy, i dont eve want to think of the minify stuff by now, this isnt managed so far and will be even more horrible.
I sent email to Frederick, lets see what he will say about lost score and cdn not detected.

After checking Your suggestions, I dont thin it is any of these.
I will send a ticket over the plugin.I tried after the method with cname. Didnt work.
Tried with cname on other site, that is not in cloudflare, didn t work either.
Without cnames on dns, doenst work.
Set with the option in the plugin to avoid cookies (bottom of inside cdn settings in W3).
Without cnames on admin panel (I use Froxlor, I can set cname to another domain on same webuser there)
And at least only with a subdomain from domain1.com (cdn.domain1.com) pointing to the live site http://www.domain2.com.
Wihtout any further settings just as described in the FAQ, no chance.
I dont know what the problem really is.I will date up here.

I think I have a similar problem.
I have setup the selfhosted-cdn on one domain, domain1.com like this:
cdn1.domain1.com – cdn4.domain1.com (W3 Total Cache asks for several cdn for each kind of files)
The cnames like cdn1.domain1.com points to the site on which I want to call the cdn files: http://www.mysite.com
cname on DNS settings is set up like this:
Name: cdn1
Type: cname
Value: http://www.mysite.com
TTL: 14400
IN my adminpanel, I have told the subdomain, that it is a cname to http://www.mysite.com, too. The cdn1.domain1.com (from adminpanel too) is pointing to the root folder of http://www.mysite.com.
Then I think I should be fine and have a cname without cookie-setting.As soon as I am finished with the FTP settings I load up the files to the /cdn. Successfully.
But… when I enable CDN, the files of the theme are broken.
I have no styling at all, just plain text and images, that are in unnormal shape.
So, I think anything happened to the CSS, JS and maybe more.My cloudflare is set up too.
I turned off the minify settings in cloudflare and purged cloudflare cache. Only security and caching is enabled in cloudflare.In W3 I have not enabled up minify.
As soon as I enable cdn in W3 the site breaks.
What could be the problem?

(BTW: When everything would be fine on the server, Xcache, Minify, selfhosted CDN and all things delivered initially by W3, and THEN I enable cloudflare, does Cloudflare improves anything on TOP of all of the things made on the server, or does it also maybe slow down thing or make them worse, then without W3? Because maybe this is all a littlebit TOO much.

I have created a search field for searching the ZIP.
When the user creates a post, the ZIP is put in like this 78945 (German ones).
The CF only contains that number.
Then the search field is set to:
Label: ZIP Search
Data Type: Custom field
Data Field: name of cf
Widget: Drop down
Compare: Range
Numeric: Yes
Widget Config: ,10000-19999,20000-29999,30000-39999,40000-49999,50000-59999,60000-69999,70000-79999,80000-89999,90000-99999Watch the “space” befor the first comma, to have the usser also leave that search field alone.
That absolutely works fine.
When I let it search a number inside a range, where I know the posting exists, it puts out the posting.
I have several other custom fields set to search custom fields, that dont work. No way. Tried every setting of compare and widget config.Do You know why tht specific field works that nice?
Also, thsi was the field I assumed wouldnt work at all.

AndreFormidablepro does allow You to publish or draft posts, either by registered or unregsitered users.
It is using a lot of useful things and has a great flexibility offering a lot of them based on wordpress codex.
I think gravity is equally well designed, but lots more expensive.
Formidablepro has a great helpful support.I just turned my head to formidablepro. Great plugin, easy and modern to use, delivers all the things I need… and has a nice developer in person, who really likes supporting.
The thing with TDO was, that there is nothing really functioning which could explain what to do. The forum not, no PDF, no help inside the plugin. Too much guessing.
That could have been managed easily during the period it was supported and developed actively.
I just think of a person on odesk or fiverr writing a documentation for ten dollars.
