This is most definitely an issue. The [salePaid] shortcode will only total what is in the payments table. I didn’t realise in the sale I was using this was the case, hence why I thought it was working.
We need Malcolm to create us a [saleTotal] shortcode or similar to total our sale (Tickets + Postage + Donations – Discount) which we can use in email templates instead.

To further Bo’s response I also use, with WP Mail SMTP, the plugin WP Mail Log. This will keep a track of all your outgoing mail and let you know of errors also.
Please note within Stageshow -> Tools there is a Sale EMail Test where you can Divert an E-mail. If you tick the ‘Add Diagnostics’ checkbox it will print to screen the email HTML and some further diagnostics which may prove helpful.

Basically the tag [ld4.12] starts at row 4 column 12 with row 1 seat 2 and fills until row 2 seat 12.
The tag [ld4.6] starts at row 4 column 6 with row 1 seat 6 and fills to row 13 seat 10.
You should see that you start a block at a location and fill as much as you can. I have had to split these as you have different numbered rows.

It would be great if you could make up an excel spreadsheet of seats and their numbers in the cell.

Glad you got this! I assume you are using the rotated rectangle macro?
If so then work with your 2 rotated sections and get them right… then do the same for the ‘usual standard’ rows just ensuring that your ‘top’ pixels match for the first row and that your ‘left’ pixels matches for your last row.

With regards to translation of plugins I am unsure as I have never had to do this. Maybe someone else can help with that.
Form before checkout. From what I think you are saying you wish someone to register for your site before they can purchase. If this is the case put the [sshow-boxoffice] tag on a page which can only be seen by logged in users. This way they must register first and input their details before purchase.
For timeout checkout please see the following file:
/wp-content/uploads/stageshow/stageshow-wp-config.php
Look for the definition STAGESHOWLIB_GATEWAYAPI_ABANDON_TIMEOUT change this to 5 and save.The stageshow discounts do not work in that way. To offer a discount using Stageshow create a code within Stageshow – Discount Codes. Create a ref and add codes using a return after each code which you wish to use, save this. Then go to prices, here you will see a new field for each price type. If the customer enters the discount code the price you enter here will be updated in the trolly to the new price. % discounts are not available without some intricate PHP scripting.
What is your website, I believe a lot of the buttons etc can be changed with CSS.
