    Sorted I believe. Managed to update tonight.

    My apologies,

    It was as simple as adding a return. I was trying to over complicate things.

    Thanks again!

    Hi Malcolm,

    It’s currently on our beta page I was testing stripe out on. I’m not going to have a chance to check it today sadly. But to the customer it just looked wrong. They typed in all the custom elements, i.e. members name on our site, and then on the confirm and pay page it emptied again. I don’t think the custom elements is something that they have to ‘confirm’ again.

    On another note I’m having bigger problems on our main site. Nothing to do with the plugin. Just IPNs coming back a good 3/4 hours late. Sometimes failing and retrying. I’ve phoned PayPal and it’s affecting a “small” number of customers.

    Our sales are dropping off after the timeout and the IPN eventually coming through sending us the “No matching sale” email. Hence why our main site is currently offline.

    Just thought I’d let you know incase anyone else has such an issue.

    Hi David,

    I’d love a solution to this too. I had a quick look earlier this year but never got a solution. Hope you get one. Love to hear it!

    Hi David,

    That’s the one. I have some custom elements but not ones that were required. Never quite realised it was as easy to make it required by adding a “Required” tag!

    Gent, thanks!

    Hi David,

    I had this the other day, I cleared by cookies and it solved it but I’ve just visited your website and had the same issue. Did you not have the dropdown option on your website earlier on?, as I have just sent you off an email to your contact us email on your website about a few questions with your trolley that I quite liked and wished to replicate.

    Does it work with the dropdown option as I’m sure that did for me earlier?

    Hi again Malcolm,

    Got the update and Custom Elements and page redirection now works. The custom field gets recorded on the first trolley page however it is emptied again on the “Confirm and Pay” page and is still displayed. Can this be hidden on this page rather than the customer thinking it hasn’t been recorded and having to enter it again?

    Something thats possible?

    Thanks again!

    Hi Malcolm,

    Many thanks again!

    Hi,

    Hope I can help!

    I have recently been on the phone to Stripe regarding using their services as opposed to paypal.

    Stripe allow the capture of card details on their website by logging into your account and adding a manual payment.

    This must be done on their website.

    Please note that they do not favour this method and as long as 80-90% of your sales are done via the API through stageshow you should be good. You may with to clarify this with them though.

    Once payment has been collected you can then mark the sale as paid and e-mail the sale to the customer in Stageshow. Stageshow won’t automatically take you to stripe to complete the sale on the admin pages.

    Hope that helps.

    Glad I could be of assistance.

    In regards to your other post I’m unsure unfortunately. That would be a developer question sorry!

    Hey,

    This may help.

    In Stageshow Settings -> Advanced -> Custom Style Sheet -> Press edit.

    Copy in the following code replacing the name of your seating plan and image name (Which you should upload to the images folder (wp-content\uploads\[stageshowfolder]\images).

    .stageshow-boxoffice-[INSERTSEATINGPLANNAMEHERE]-block1
    {
            background: #202020 url("../images/[INSERTIMAGENAMEHERE].png") no-repeat center center;
    }

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Malcolm,

    I completely understand why this isn’t in place already as I can only imagine how the UI would require to be to make this feasible.

    Being honest PHP isn’t my strong point… If you could point me in the right direction I’m sure I could give it a bash?

    Thanks again!

    Hi Malcolm,

    I still can’t quite get the custom element to save on an admin page. When your free, if possible, could you have a look at my installation and see if you can spot whats up? I have sent you an email with username and password?

    Please note however this is a live environment at present.

    Thanks
