I know very well what it is like in here but if they want happy customers they will tell us what is happening.And might I add the plug is useless if it is going to crash sites with no fix.

So they screw up their plugin, crash many people sites, and dont come and say hey here is a fix or do this to fix it..Too back have moved all my sites to another better plugin.
Oh and the other plugin IS SUPPORTEDyep see over a week and still no response from Ithemes

Just set one of them to a couple days to test..
and after 3 or 4 days of no activity listed then you know it is working. then set it back to 30 days if thats what you requireIf you are logged in when you test this you will see every page..
Try opening this page/s in a New Private Window or Incognito Window and test.
These would be the same as if you logged out of your site and tested.please check you dont have the feild ticked in the Membership Levels like this

I havent seen this before but on doing a google search many say at some point in the life of your site – it has been the victim of a hack and the files were not fully cleaned afterwards.
So you should research this and clean out the infection..
Or put a backup you have from before you noticed this happen, back on to remove this problem.You can scan it with securi as well.
You can try to rename the file admin_header.php.suspected back to admin_header.php and see if this helps

the Do not store user answers in the database to save DB space did fix it.PMPro only stores the last 4 digits of the credit card and the expiration date, which is in line with PCI compliance requirements. If you use an offsite payment gateway like Mijreh.com or PayPal Express it doesn’t even store that much.
To turn emails off, you could try the PMPro Email Template plugin, there is an option to disable outgoing email: Memberships > Email Templates > Email Template: Membership Expired then check “Disable this email.”

How it Works
This plugin adds a new admin page under Memberships > Email Templates. From this page you can select a template to edit from any system email included in Paid Memberships Pro. Once selected, each template’s subject line and body text can be modified to your needs. A list of included variables (i.e. !!name!! or !!user_email!!) is provided for easy templating.
You can also opt to disable the distribution of any single system email by checking the “Emails with this template will not be sent” option.

in the Membership Levels just put a tick in the
Disable New Signups: and that will hide that level from the Signup page or where ever you have the registration option.

it would be nice if Ithemes Security themselves would put a sticky up when major changes like this happen.Having to scroll thru 100’s of these to find the answers wastes my time and yours when I can find it and ask..
If you really want people to continue to use this plugin then you need to help theme.
It has been suggested I now use your oppositions plugs because of the lack of support we now get with your plugin..
I am tempted..
