Sorry for the late response! I have been out of the office for the week and am just now catching up. I bet the BCC will work if it ends up just sending one notification. Let me do that and see if it works.

In case it is helpful, here is the response from WP Engine’s technical support lead:

the Postman_Zend_Mail_Protocol_Abstract::_receive component took up 57.4 seconds, or 60% of the total time. This component comes from the Post SMTP plugin.

In this view, the trace details, we can see a waterfall of components. We can see that 94.79% of the processing time was spent on shutdown_action_hook, and of that, the majority is composed of BNFW_Engine::send_notification, which is creating dozens and dozens of wp_mail processes (they continue well past what's shown in this screenshot). BNFW, or Better Notifications for WP, is responsible for this part.

@magnigenie You are mostly correct. Currently, there is a white bar at the top of the screen with the hamburger menu on the left side of the bar. I have a big hero image at the top of the homepage, so the white bar “interrupts” the full-screen image. I would assume I would need a transparent background, negative margins on the image and potentially give the hamburger icon a higher z-index (in addition to a few other things). But, I was curious if there was an easier, more “native” way to do this. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your prompt response! Yes, this one has baffled me. Here is what I see in Chrome’s dev tools – screenshot. Notice that the <main> tag is closed right before the 3rd widget area – front-page-3. I made a few changes last night, but I tried to make sure I didn’t do too much. The funny thing is that if I change the page back to the original featured page (like on the main site), the <main> tag closes after the widget areas – screenshot. Let me know if I can provide any further information. My thought was that there was possibly some div that didn’t get closed in the front page template, but I can’t find anything off there. Any suggestions?
