We could not find any tickets in our Helpdesk according to your profile, since your profile is unknown, I doubt might be a real username.

The plugin supports generating the Access Token, but it is not completed yet due to the response API we are not sure what the response is since the document does not provide the response.
Please ask them to give us the example of the API responses or maybe they can send the pull request directly to the plugin’s repository

You can’t access the URL in the browser, the request works only if it sends through the website.
Anyway, can you please let me know what’s the response to the request? you can see the response in Developer Tools > Network > hits request > Response

You can change the configuration of the Visitor’s IP in Settings.
Also, you can add that IP to the blacklist in Settings > Exclusions > IP/Robot Exclusions
“API Key” field is the same “Token”, I’ve just renamed it.

I think the W3 Total Cache plugin caches all the visitor information that is appended to the page source inline by WP-Statistics, and this can be the main problem.
