Hello,

Sorry for late reply, Please go to Settings → Filter and Exceptions and disable the Administrator from stats.

Also, in the new version we did couple of improvements in bot tracker that probably solves your issue.

Sorry for late reply, the issue is already fixed in the latest version of plugin. Please go to the Settings → Data Management and then update GeoIP Databases.

Hello,

To show the IP addresses you need to disable the Hash IP address in Settings → User Data Protection

Since the message indicates, the error is related to the API credential and you have to make sure about your API credential is configured in the plugin properly.
