Your rule and woo coupon setup look correct.suggest a *full module conflict test*:
To track down a module conflict, please follow these steps ** PRECISELY **:
(1) Install and activate a maintenance mode plugin (if desired)
(2) Then, DO ALL (*at the same time*):
(-) do a full site backup!
(-) deactivate ***all*** plugins except Woo, my plugins (and maintenance mode plugin)
(-) ** switch to a clean default theme like 2017 **
— (This removes all other possible conflicts.)
(-) turn off all deals except the one we are examining.(3) ** test **
(4) if good, add 1 module back in. ** Retest **
(5) Repeat until conflict identified.** This test depends on following the outlined steps fully. **
(PS – If you do have a module conflict, it will likely boil down to choosing between the 2 conflicting modules…)

Suggest you restart from scratch.
– Go to Pricing Deals Settings
– click on the ‘Nuke all Rules’ buttonBuild the rule anew.

1. Where does this ‘waiting’ status originate from? There is no status associated with Pricing Deals, and so this status did not come from the plugin.
– Pricing Deals is a realtime discounting plugin.
– When the criteria set forth in the rule is met, the rule discount is applied.
– Wherever the ‘waiting’ status originated, it has no effect on Pricing Deals discounting.
2. If you’d like to go into this further, suggest you contact me via my support channel https://www.varktech.com/support/
and send the following:(*) a full, complete screenprint of the rule , top to bottom
– (please send as a FILE attachment, and not pasted into the body of the email)(*) a screenprint of the discount as applied
(*) your System Report:

1. I assumed that the Min Purchase categories were still being created, so suggested that you remove Min PUrchase as a plugin. I also suggested that you contact me directly for cleanup assistance, at https://www.varktech.com/support/.2. If you prefer, an alternative solution might be to deactivate all plugins except Woo and Min Purchase, switch to a default theme like 2017 (to remove any possible conflicts) and try the “Nuke Rule Cats” again.

Thanks for trying the plugin.What you’re describing sounds like a module conflict.
Suggest you deactivate and delete Minimum Purchase.
Then you’ll be able to clean up the categories issue.
