    `Hi,
    Best way to clean up:
    1. Re-install the Free plugin
    2. Go to the “pricing deals rules/pricing deals settings” page
    3. click on ‘Set “Remove All” -override- …’ button
    4. deactivate and delete the plugin
    – full cleanup including tables removal will be done at delete time.

    Hi,

This issue is most likely due to a conflict between my plugin and another module.

Suggest a *full module conflict test*:

To track down a module conflict, please follow these steps ** PRECISELY **:
    (1) Install and activate a maintenance mode plugin (if desired)
    (2) Then, DO ALL (*at the same time*):
(-) do a full site backup!
(-) deactivate ***all*** plugins except Woo, my 2 plugins (and maintenance mode plugin)
(-) ** switch to a clean default theme like “twentynineteen” **
    — (This removes all other possible conflicts.)
(-) turn off all deals except the one we are examining.

    (3) ** close your browser completely, retest in a fresh, clean browser session **
    (4) if good, add 1 module back in. ** Retest **
    (5) Repeat until conflict identified.

** This test depends on following the outlined steps fully. **

    Best,
    Vark

(PS – If you do have a module conflict, it will likely boil down to choosing between the 2 conflicting modules…)`

    Regarding your immediate problem –

I strongly suspect that another module added or updated is the issue.

That module is not handling WordPress resources correctly, and causing a conflict.

    Hi,

    1) Can some products be set so that they are only visible to wholesale customers and not shown to other customers?
    – -not with this plugin, but with Pricing Deals PRO

    And also:
    2) Is the wholesale area protected with a password?
    – no

    3) Does every wholesale user have their own account and password or is there a general password?
    – Wholesale plugin:: wholesale discounting is role based only, so user accounts managaed by wordpress
    – Pricing Deals Pro: wholesale discounting can also be customer-specific

    4) After logging in, will the wholesale customer only see the products for which the wholesale price has been entered?
    – no

    5) Are the settings suitable for German law?
    – unknown, but never received any complaints

    6) Are the settings suitable for a sale within the EU and also worldwide?
    – unknown, but never received any complaints

    Best,
    Vark

    Hi,
    Thanks for trying the plugin

    1. You are the only customer amongst thousands reporting this issue.

    2. I can’t replicate the issue in my test environment.

    3. Pricing Deals has never been completely happy in a Xampp environment.

If you’d like to continue debugging the issue,
