If you mean the success/error message when someone subscribe and unsubscribe, you can edit the messages for subscription and unsubscription in any version. To redirect visitors to a custom page as shown in the screenshot, you will have to purchase our Starter or Pro packages.

You can simply copy the following custom css and paste it in the additional CSS box under Appearance > Customize:
.ig_es_form_field_name, .ig_es_form_field_email { width: 196px !important; height: 24px !important; }You are welcome to edit height and width if you want and the same size will be rendered sitewide.

However, you can simply export all contacts under Audience > Export Contacts and share with your team.

We are constantly striving to improve our plugins and provide the best customer experience possible.I’m handling the support for the past two months and I don’t remember anybody saying “tell me more” or any automated message in the first response. We do not use canned messages and we always try to provide a resolution in the first response itself.
For your information, we have released a new version which includes bug fixes and enhancements to the UI so you shouldn’t have any issues using it.
