@goddessprojects Thanks for the tip.
@hamou123 We replied to your email already. We are looking forward to your response.
Hello John,
Can you please try deactivating other plugins, check if the subscription form works and re-activate each of them? We think there is a plugin conflict.
Hello,
Our paid packages offer an option to customize the CSS of campaign templates as shown in the screenshot – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NcG6saSFNWm2PDIfGRATjWzF18J_7Xvt/view?usp=drivesdk.
Additionally, you get 17 campaign templates with Pro plan and 2 with Starter plan – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WDt37MXlN5J9fztlyAa0F1kXql6j8W0a/view?usp=drivesdk.
Hello,
We see some hidden fields (probably blank list names). Could you navigate to Email Subscribers > Forms and see if there is a custom form? If you have one, please click on Edit and send us the full screenshot.
Hello,
Absolutely, you can setup a dedicated page for that.
To configure, navigate to Email Subscribers > Settings > General. Then look for the option “Subscription Success/ Error Messages” as shown in the screenshot – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tFUEU3-MITd2TIszwQG-8ygUKbzNU6eu/view?usp=drivesdk.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us. We’ll be happy to help.

Hello Nick,
We’re looking into the issue. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update.
Hello,
Sure thing!
Please go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and copy & paste this code:
#email-subscribers-form-3 { text-align: center; } .widget-title { font-weight: bold; padding-top: 25px; padding-left: 25px; } .es-field-wrap { display: inline; padding: 25px; } #es_subscription_form_submit_1587031552 { width: 176px; display: inline; margin-left: 25px !important; padding-top: 4px !important; }Please let us know if that worked.

Hello,
We are wondering if you have had a chance to look at my last email yet? We’ll be happy to help.
Hello Sharaz,
1. Is there a way not found address delete automatically.
It is not possible to delete invalid emails automatically, but our plugin cleans up email lists by marking whether an email is valid or invalid. This way, you have lower bounces and failures – and higher email sending reputation as well.
2. we can target users with subscriber date range for the newsletter. i,e 3 march 2020 – 10-2020 .
Unfortunately, that is not possible. However, you can sort users based on date of subscription, assign them to a dedicated list and start sending emails to that specific list.
3. Is there a way I can add custom fields for subscribers for better targetting.
It is not possible to add custom fields to our forms. However, you can use third party form plugins like Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms to create forms with custom fields and setup workflows on Email Subscribers to import contacts from form submissions automatically.

Hello Shay Atik,
We have replied to your email already. We will be looking forward to your update.
Could you confirm if you are using the latest version? Please upgrade to ES 4.4.5 and let us know if the issue persists.
Hello,
You can simply setup a custom form with third party form plugins like Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms, customize it as you wish and create workflows on Email Subscribers to import contacts.
Alternatively, you can use Email Subscribers’ WordPress action ‘ig_es_add_contact’ to programmatically scan custom user fields and add email addresses to specific lists.
Hello Nick,
Thank you for providing the browser details.
When you said not working, could you be specific on what exactly is not working? Is it only the form on the front-end that have problems with? Can you please share any screenshots highlighting the issue?
