• I was looking for a simple (and free) subscriber plugin, and Email Subscribers fits the bill perfectly! Some of the confirmation screens (e.g., unsubscribe) may be very plain, but they do the job and I suspect the paid version would allow me to customize them.

    All in all very easy to configure. Highly recommended!

    I am reversing my review of this plugin because shortly after I began using it my custom signin form, my audience information and the record of a couple of campaigns I’d run totally and completely disappeared (the stuff on the Settings page for the plugin remained).

    This is completely unacceptable in a plugin that I paid good money for and which is kinda central to staying in touch with one’s subscribers.

    It’s also been a day since I reached out for help to the authors without a reply. So much for another benefit of being a paying user.

    Having invested money in this thing I’m going to struggle with trying to get it to work. But if I knew then what I know now I would never have tried even the free version of this thing let alone paid for it.

    You reply to a support problem a paying customer had >>4 months<< after it was written? Are you daft or do you think I am? That delay alone qualifies you for a negative 5 star review.

    But I tell you what: refund my purchase price and I’ll erase this thread.
