    @sfyk Sorry to hear you had some difficulties with the widget. The “Manage” menu “disappeared” since you removed it from your widget when you enabled white label. The white label set up process clearly states that white label is $10 per month. You can cancel any time.

    Actually @scott87 that’s completely inaccurate.

    UserWay’s Accessibility Widget charges $10 for upgrades that are unrelated to the accessibility functionality itself.

    You get the same exact accessibility functions whether or not you pay. The different $10 upgrades include white label, custom branding, modify menu and usage stats.

    These upgrades are more relevant for agencies and other accessibility companies who use UserWay technologies for their products. These upgrades are likely not relevant for you.
