Also- please try new version released now – V2.1.7.7, should fix additional activation issues.

we’ve gone trough our KB, and found no similar issue.
I’ll check with our developers, but I would ask you to provide more info… best if your fill out our support form on our site… and provide ALL the details we need… OK ?

following your request , we have created an inbound / outbound web server, with an “independant” api key per your needs.

please check new version released now 2.1.6.1 , “Web Services” section on the Menu.

Hi,
the two issues you raised – until now we haven’t stumble upon these until today, that’s why I suggested support service.
We had (more than..) few bugs, which we addressed and fix, when understanding it’s indeed a common issue with our product, but a singular case we can’t simply invest the time for a free product.

I hope you understand, I’m marking the thread as resolved, and we’ll be happy to answer more question in the future.

I see what you mean.
there are some strings that are based on the UI controls we used.
I assume we can translate these as well, it will take some extra work …

Hi,
seems like a mix of versions… as it looks like
classes/upicrm_webservice.php is missing.

I would say the deleting all and re-installing was the right thing for you to do.
As I understand it worked for you, with your permission I will this as resolved.

and let me know how many string you see?
