I believe all strings indeed should be translatable… yes.
Hey… I should has understood that for the URL… sorry.
Well, we’ll only be happy if you’d invest the time to translate to German also.
From experience – it does take a couple of hours, but not too bad 🙂Thanks!!
UriHi,
indeed we may be behind with translations on some languages, as we’re receiving translations from our users, and keep on developing more features and screens. We’re using “Localization” plugin, showing 363 strings to translate.
please let us know what is the language you most need, we’ll see what we can do.Thanks
UriHi Zuberi,
we’re usually using contact Form 7 plugin , implemented on a generic wordpress page.
that’s our most easy manner… would that work for you ?
Thanks
UriSorry, but I don’t understand.
I think you should access the plugin page on
http://website/wp-admin/admin.php?page=upicrm_index
also – are things now working for you ?
please let us know
Thanks
UriHello mpek, thanks for contacting us and thanks for a very important question.
Please also note – we’re not asking for money for this key, we’re just doing our best to keep it secure and usable.
When we implemented this feature, we had security on our minds.
What we thought is that when you open up your website to received direct entries into your database, you’ll need a good security mechanism to control the connection.
If we’ll allow a master site to create a key, than it means we’re actually releasing the algorithm we use in order to generate the API key, meaning every one will be able to generate a key and access your master. If you have another suggestion / idea of how can we solve this issue WITHOUT exposing the key generation algorithm – we’ll be more than happy to hear it.
again, thanks for the inquiry.
UriHi,
also – suggesting a clean install on another server to make sure.Great, very glad to hear!
Very kind of you to get back and update us all.Uri
Hi Webevole,
we’ll need more information in order to solve this…
what serveR? what os ? what are the current permissions, need some screen captures… etc.please send some more information you can fill out a contact form on our site… thanks
UriUpiCRM will write the file to this path –
/wp-content/uploads/upicrm/leads.xlsx , and then prompt you to download it.this means you have to set the right permission to this directory.
for the experiment – I suggest to set it to read/write to all… than close it back after you identify this issue. Thanks
UriHi,
please send screen captures by mail / open a support form on our site… we need more info in order to mitigate these issues.thanks
Urinew version released, fixed a bug in the tree view of user hierarchy, added option to reset the Upi Users tree view.
please try and edit WordPress user profile and toggle UpiAdmin/UpiUser, then refresh (CTRL/Shift F5) user page… if if still not working – please open another support call on our site.
Thanks
UriHi,
saw the screen capture.
Have you tried :
1. go to the user profile in WordPress users
2. edit the user profile.
3. Choose UpiUser from the drop down list and save.explanation: every WordPress user, in order to to be able to access the Upi data or screens, needs to be either UpiAdmin , or a UpiUser, both are configurable from the Users’s profiles in WordPress.
Did that work ?
thanks
UriAs it may be an security issue, please try and set the permissions for the uploads folder to allow read write options to all.
Also – about users and access rights:
Any WordPRess admin, will by default have UpiCRM admin role, as the wordpress admin can always access all data on site.
Any “subscriber” user on wordpress, or editor for that matter, will by default have UpiCRM user role, which means the user can ONLY access leads assigned to the user, or to the users that are reporting to the user, as defined on the tree view screen, as seen on http://yourserver/wp-admin/admin.php?page=upicrm_users_center.
did this help ?
I suggest you send a support request form our site if you need more guidance…we’ll be happy to assist. Thanks
Uri
