Hi,
I will need to see some screen captures / video recording of the process you’re performing in order to check this… can you please share ?
thanks
UriHello,
please note you should explicitly declare Upi roles in the WordPress user profile for every user you want to allow to work with UpiCRM.1. Go to “User” , scroll down to the UpiCRM user roles drop down list , and choose either “UpiUser” or “UpiAdmin”.
2. now you can go to the Users Center of UpiCRM and assign roles and hierarchies.
can you try and let us know if you managed ?
thanks
UriThank you for the update!

UriHello,
Thanks for contacting us.
We haven’t come across this specific error message before.
Can you share more information ?
Log files, error codes? something we can work with?
Thanks
UriHello Jakob
Perhaps you sent support ticket with another name ?
Can you please re-send?
or direct mail ? (info@….)
Thanks
UriHi Jakob, thanks for your question.
I understand what you wish to achive, but I’m afraid it more of a custom functionality you may need, and regretfully, not the “out-of-the-box” functionality we can offer.I can suggest – that if you want to add this feature with us to UpiCRM, we’ll be happy to work with you and assist – and we can than also add this feature to our solution .
If you’d like to further pursue this option, please contact us on our site, as this question is not a support issue.
UriCool. Just remember to check the box next to “Update manager on status changes” , and also – that the little icon “headphones” (with mouse over title “update manager on status changes” is bold.
Hello,
this is indeed one of the capabilities Of UpiCRM.
in order to achieve that you should add all the users you have to the WordPress site (as subscribers…), assign them with UpiUser roles, and then define the hierarchy of your users in the UpiCRM Users Center section. You’ll have checkboxes to define if managers of users will be receiving notifications yes/no.
I’m signing this one off as “resolved” , but please do come back and let us know if you have any further issues / questions.
Thanks
UriI’m glad to hear! will be nice if you can share on how you implemented your solution.
Thanks
UriHוi,
I didn’t hear about this one before.
Note – there are 2 “save” buttons on the screen, can you try and use the lower one ?
also – please send more information, screen caps etc… we’ll need more info …
thanks
UriHey
With th auto lead management feature you can do exactly that.
Set the code in ranges and then auto assign leads to users based on logic.
If you need more help please contact us on our website.
Thankssorry… I don’t understand… please explain ?
I have always sent the *.po file to contributors… and received the *.mo file.Best option: you install a plugin called “Localization” on your existing wordPress, where you have a UpiCRM installed.
You can then scan all strings, translate, and send us two files: .PO, .MO files.
Will you manage it ?Other option – see attached file … you can edit it here:
https://localise.biz/free/poeditor
and then send to us… would it work ? .thanks again!!
Uri
