Hello,
this is indeed one of the capabilities Of UpiCRM.
in order to achieve that you should add all the users you have to the WordPress site (as subscribers…), assign them with UpiUser roles, and then define the hierarchy of your users in the UpiCRM Users Center section.
You’ll have checkboxes to define if managers of users will be receiving notifications yes/no.

Hi Uri! Thanks for the reply! I tried that several times yesterday and for some reason the sub-manager was not receiving notifications when the sales rep under him (in the hierarchy) got a new lead from the website (Caldera) form. I did make sure the notifications were on. I’ll try this again soon and see if maybe I made a mistake somewhere. Thanks again for getting back with me!

Cool. Just remember to check the box next to “Update manager on status changes” , and also – that the little icon “headphones” (with mouse over title “update manager on status changes” is bold.
