In reply to: How do I organize posts in order?The Template Hierarchy article goes into great detail as to what it is and how it works. It does not explain how to find it or where I should start looking. This is the first time I have tried to make any modifications to my WordPress so I am at a loss and will probably need to spend considerable amount of time reading and learning. In reply to: How to enable comments?OK, I thought I had it but evidentally not. Where is the Single.php and the page.php located? How do I get to them? So I go to single.php, find the “code” comments_template call? copy and paste it? How about if you copy and paste it here so I will know what to look for.
Does it matter what line I paste in on within the page.php? Before or after????????????????

Class of 1983
Class of 1972
Class of 2004
Class of 2001 etc., etc., in random order.There are 4 pages ranging from 1953 thru 2009.

In reply to: Adding commentsOK! It worked. I have three of the posts that still do not have comment boxes. They were once catagorized but I changed them to uncatagorized. Now none of them are catagorized.
What does that mean anyways? To be catagorized?

I have managed to make changes to other files with peoples help so I am not entirely hopeless. I khnow cPanel a bit and can find *.php files, open them, copy and paste etc. I would appreciate a little help. I am on MSN if that helps. uncdon1114@live.com
