After deleting files from site’s Dashboard files still present in /wp-content/uploads/.

Or they advice to get separate plugin for WooCommerce – WooCommerce Import Add-On Pro which cost is quite big. So without this plugin is possible to make auto connected translation for products loaded with .csv?

But my question is how to make this process automatical while importing from .csv files. Because clicking every single product to connect it with translation is not the best way I believe.
