– star filter
– hide reviews without commentsIf these functions not give a solution, you can find more filter and order options in registered accounts.

All the Trustindex plugins are up-to-date now? (Could it be that some of our plugins were very old while others were completely new?)
The provided examples are good. Widgets and site is OK. (It seems to me)
The screenshot you submitted is about the inability of your WordPress site’s hosting/server to connect to the Trustindex server during the upgrade. (It is neccessary at upgrading). Please check the Troubleshooting tab to get more info about it.
