I took a look the settings of that widget and there is a language filter. It will show only the english reviews and your latest english review is from Sarah R, as you can see it in the widget.
So I think it is up-to-date.

If you do not agree with this, please give me an example review which should be visible but not visible in the widget.

I tried to check your URLs, but none of them worked for me: “Error 1020, Access denied”

So I only have ideas, but I can’t say anything concrete.

First of all:
– with this plugin you can import only Facebook reviews. I think you have problems with our Google plugin. No problem, we can discuss it here.
– Steps: please upgrade the plugin to the newest version. After it, please send me the content of the Troubleshooting tab

To make the whole widget clickable isn’t sure to be a thoughtful solution. The customer can be redirected during a scroll or a slide.

These are paid package features (for example):
– widget URL customization
– Auto review downloading,
– Unlimited number of reviews,
– Many reviews (from different platforms) in the same widget,
– Many widget layouts at the same time.`
