IE 11 is a “dead” program and is too old to complicate our software:

What is the version umber of the browser?
Because Edge is supporting that.It is questionable how much support the very old versions will have, as they will have more problems than that.

Sorry to say that, but you might think about the change the Page Optimize plugin to an other…
In it’s page there is a warning: “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.”
Also the plugin kills the WordPress, with or without Trustindex plugins, so it is not this is not our competence. (Maybe you can try to write to their forum…)
I suggest you to search another cache plugin…
