In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Migration IssueHi there @eliaslange,
Thanks for reaching out!
Did I get it right that you moved your site to a different server?
If that’s the case, you also need to move your MailPoet database tables because your subscribers are stored in your database, not on our end: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/377-how-to-migrate-mailpoet-database-tables
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @karinafel,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please share a link to the page where I can test the form?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Cron jobHi there @babrees,
Thanks for reaching out!
You do need to choose the server-side cron as your Newslatter task scheduler option and then create a corn job by following these steps: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/257-setting-the-server-side-cron-linux-cron
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @multisponsor,
I’m glad to hear that the button appeared after a conflict test.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us back if you need further assistance.
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
Hi there @wp_user1,
There are no plans to use wp_mail at the moment as it will require major refactoring of the plugin.
I saw your other thread and waiting for our devs to take a look. I’ll reply to that thread when I hear from them.
Cheers!
Hi there @multisponsor,
You don’t need any plan to use this functionality.
The button should be on the top of your Subscribers page and if it’s not there, it could be hidden by a banner. Can you please dismiss the EmbedPress banner to see if it helps?
You can also try adding this part to your site’s URL: wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-import#
Let me know how it goes!

Hi there @louqi,

Hi there @rajkonocko,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see that we sent you an email on August 16th asking for more details from you.
However, we haven’t heard back. I re-sent it now so could you please reply to our questions there?
We’ll be able to move forward after we hear from you.
Cheers!
Hi there @grafx77,
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that it’s different from how other plugins handle it. However, MailPoet is a marketing tool and marketing emails can be sent only if a user gave express consent to receive emails from you.
I can suggest you look into an AutomateWoo plugin which can send Abandoned Cart emails to any user: AutomateWoo
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @emjayjolley,
Thanks for reaching out! Did I get it right that you’re using MailPoet Sending Service on your site?
If so, I found your account and I can see that MailPoet Sending Service has been suspended for it. I sent you an email with further instructions.
If you’re using a third-party sending method, I’d recommend checking your email provider logs to see what happens to the emails.
Cheers!
Hi there @louqi,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please send me your site’s URL? I can uncancel it and you will be able to reset the site connected to your plan.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @webngo,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with sending?
Can you send a test email from MailPoet > Settings > Send With > Other > Test the sending method?
Do you receive any error?
Also, please share a screenshot of the page with the missing Send button. I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @flyartcom,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is weird indeed! Can you please try the following steps: https://itssc.rpi.edu/hc/en-us/articles/360004737612-Solution-to-strange-display-or-black-screen-when-using-Office-programs – on one of the affected machines?
