Our devs couldn’t replicate the issue you’re describing.
They used the same HTTML as in the blog post and the email looks exactly as it’s supposed to look. I believe it could be something with your code.
You can share it here and I’ll test it on my site.

I see that we already restored sending for your account, but for visibility, I’ll add our reply here as well:
If you have the “Send all site’s emails with…” setting under MailPoet > Settings > Advanced on the “The current sending method – MailPoet Sending Service (recommended)” option, then all those contact form-related emails (or any other types of admin emails like comments, product reviews, etc or other transactional emails) would also be going through our MailPoet Sending Service. In that case, any bounced/spammy emails would also be included in consideration for our Anti-spam policy as well.
