Hi there @mcxprints,
Thanks for reaching out!
It’s not possible to rename the WooCommerce Customers list.
Can you please clarify where your subscribers see it?
You can remove the [lists_to_confirm] shortcode from your confirmation email in MailPoet > Settings > Sign-up confirmation > Email content.
You can also create a custom Confirmation page so that there is no mention of lists there: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/178-customize-your-confirmation-page
Let me know how it goes!
Hi there @mcxprints,
Thanks for reaching out!
It’s expected that the shortcodes are not working when you just open your page.
When a subscriber opens it from the newsletter, it should work exactly as in preview: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/222-customize-your-manage-subscription-page
Can you please subscribe a test user, sent them a test newsletter, and check if the Manage Subscription page when opened from a newsletter is working as expected?

Hi there @sourceduprieure,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with key activation!
This can happen when there’s something preventing the key check from running as expected. Do you have any security/caching plugins activated?
If so, can you please disable them and try again?
Also, can you please share your site’s URL so I could check the key?
Cheers!

Hi there @jmarcsyd,
Thanks for reaching out!
Indeed, a First Purchase email is scheduled from the moment when the order is paid.
There is no easy workaround for that except for manually creating a list of subscribers who purchased your product recently and sending a newsletter instead of an automatic email.

Hi there @labosuri,
Thanks for letting us know! I’m glad to hear that sending works consistently now.
Please do let us know if the issue with activation is back and if the conflict test that Bruna suggested helps determine the root cause.
Cheers!
Hi there @tonypearl,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I’m sorry to hear that your MailPoet tables got corrupted.
I’m afraid it’s not something that we can assist you with, but if you have a test site, I recommend installing MailPoet there to have all empty tables correctly created, then try importing old data for each table and carefully comparing their structure and data.
Maybe you have a backup of your old site _before_ the malware? If so, you could export this data instead.
I hope you’ll get it working!
Hi there @nilouchat,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re still seeing the issue.
Can you please double-check if your Forms page is still blank after a full conflict test? You can follow these steps to do it: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Hi there @houba_houbi,
If you select to send a Post Notification once a day, an email will be sent only once.
However, if you choose to include at least 2 posts to your email, it will include both posts that you published after the previous Post Notification was sent.
Hope it helps!
Hi there @andreadelriva,
I see that we replied to you in another thread so I’ll close this one.
Cheers!
