    Hi,

    I signed up for the 1-1000 plan and when I installed the activation key, I got the error “Your key is not valid. Error validating your MailPoet sending service key, please try again later (code: 500).”. I followed all the steps to activate the key, I deleted and reinstalled, it didn’t work.
    Can you please help me?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with key activation!

    This can happen when there’s something preventing the key check from running as expected. Do you have any security/caching plugins activated?

    If so, can you please disable them and try again?

    Also, can you please share your site’s URL so I could check the key?
