I am getting another error now:
It says UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY – The specified country requires a postal code
I have tried all the various options for selling to location but error persists.
Hopefully it should be easy as I am UK based and sell only into the UK.

Thanks for responding.
I have created the sand box mode now and it seems to be behaving better. Most grateful if you can check it out to see if it is performing as you would expect.

Do you need a sand box buyer details?
Super, I test the output and it passes 100%
Many thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
Great, I’ve been working on the “How to” page but under the Schema tab and “Page Type” drop down selevtor, I dont see a ” How to” choice available.
Many thanks, I have followed your advice and it looks oK now.
May I ask is there something for “How to pages”?
Hi,
Your guess is correct. I created a regular page with q and As and then designated it as a FAQ age in Yoast. I didnt realise i had to use a plugin.
Can I do this in Yoast without using a third party?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Payment Gateway of PayPal for WooCommerce] PayPal CookiesSure, it’s a good product and I have used it for years but things can always be improved and it may be something worth considering for a future development.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Set Guest Checkout as defaultThanks, but my understanding is that the plugin was the result of a joint operation between Woo and PP.
That said, may I ask you to develop this issue and achieve a result?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Payment Gateway of PayPal for WooCommerce] Button Text ChangeHi,
Thanks, I inserted that but it did not change the button text and when I clicked on the button it gave the PP login complete with email address already populated and no option for Bank Card

Browser cookies determine Checkout view
The buyer’s checkout view on PayPal depends on their web browser’s cookies:
If a PayPal cookie has been created: When the buyer lands on a PayPal page, they’ll see the PayPal Login but still have the option to select “Guest Checkout” or “Don’t have a PayPal Account?”
If a PayPal cookie hasn’t been defined: The buyer sees a default view of Guest Checkout allowing for debit or credit payment. The question is …. can you rework your code to overcome this problem?

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Set Guest Checkout as defaultSorry, but I tried the new Paypal Payments and this did not change what the buyer is presented with.
If you look at Paypal’s own web site you will see this……..
Browser cookies determine Checkout view-
The buyer’s checkout view on PayPal depends on their web browser’s cookies:
If a PayPal cookie has been created: When the buyer lands on a PayPal page, they’ll see the PayPal Login but still have the option to select “Guest Checkout” or “Don’t have a PayPal Account?”
If a PayPal cookie hasn’t been defined: The buyer sees a default view of Guest Checkout allowing for debit or credit payment. The above explains it better than I did earlier.
It is the predetermined bias towards PayPal and it’s domination that causes the issue with the cookie and this persists with PP Payments.
The cookie has to go

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Set Guest Checkout as defaultAlso, it’s not a matter if hey have purchased from our store before. If they have ever logged into PP on that machine before to any web site then this PP cookie dictates what page the buyer sees.
This cookie is obviously intended to prioritise payment via the PP in house facility rather than handle the payment with bank card.
This predisposition has unintended consequences so that the buyer abandons the purchase because he/she cannot see readily see how to pay by card.
