OK. Now I get it. I select the “PayPal Pro Buy Now” option from the “PayPal Pro Form for Level #1 Access”.

Final question.

I’m selling Level 1 memberships. Once they expire, the member will drop to Level 0. My plan is to use Simple Shortcode Conditionals on the Login Welcome page, so that the Level 0 member (i.e. recently expired) sees a renewal form, i.e. the “Buy Now” form mentioned above.

They go to the form, they’re already logged in as an expired and now Level 0 member. Once they go through the “Buy Now” process, do they get issued a new password? It would be better to keep the old one, if possible.

Thanks for this.

The EOT Auto-Extend seems to be set to yes by default, so no problem there.

I’m not clear however on what a “Buy Now” form is for S2 Member Pro. I’m looking to sell Level #1 memberships. Do I use a “PayPal Pro Form for Level #1 Access”?

Or do I instead use a “PayPal Button for Level#1 Access”? However if I use the button, then I can’t take payments on site.

I’ve done all the troubleshooting at http://www.s2member.com/kb/common-troubleshooting-tips/

I created a new WP installation in a fresh directory, installed s2Member only, the problem remains.

The new WP installation is at wificourse.com

What should I try now?

Further to my original post, I’ve also done the following

– Checked the following directory /nbncourse/wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/jquery/jquery.json-ps/ it contains jquery.json-ps-min.js and jquery.json-ps.js

– Ran a log of a failed Custom Field addition attempt, a pdf copy of the log is at http://nbncourse.com/nbncourselog/NBN-Course-log.pdf

– looked at https://github.com/WebSharks/s2Member/issues/65 which resolved a similar problem. The issue there was “The .htaccess file in s2member has an “Options” line, which had been prohibited” I’ve located the .htaccess file in question, but am not sure what to do next

Any ideas for further steps gladly received.
