The CRID isn’t used for the USPS API. To connect the plugin, you’ll need the USPS API credentials (Consumer Key, Consumer Secret), not the CRID + verification code.

You’re right, the store ZIP code is required for live rates to show up. We’re already working on improving the onboarding to make steps like this easier to spot.

Thanks for the screenshots – they help a lot.
I can see your connection is set up using the older SOAP Web Services. This can still work, but in practice it tends to be less reliable and may cause issues like missing rates, even when the connection status looks OK.
If possible, I’d strongly recommend switching to the new FedEx REST API authentication – it’s the method FedEx is actively supporting and usually behaves more predictably with live rates:
https://octolize.com/docs/article/fedex-how-to-get-the-api-key/After you add the REST API credentials, please test the checkout again. If the rates still don’t appear, we’ll then rely on the debug log to see the exact response from FedEx and pinpoint the cause.
