I could not get any live shipping quotes UNTIL I set the ZIP code in the WooCommerce store settings. After that, I started seeing all of the shipping options I enabled.

Hi @jerome21z, I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused!

The good news is that the free version does show live rates, so something small in the configuration is likely getting in the way.

If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to take a look and help you get it working.

    Best regards,

@tograczyk You are correct, my opinion was premature. I worked on this for hours on end, but one thing I did not see in the setup docs or video is that the ZIP code needs to be set up in the WordPress dashboard, not just FedEx itself. After adding the ZIP to WordPress, the shipping options started showing.

Thanks for the update and for sharing what helped.

You’re right, the store ZIP code is required for live rates to show up. We’re already working on improving the onboarding to make steps like this easier to spot.

Appreciate you coming back and updating the review!

    Best regards,
    Tomek
