You have a couple of different approaches the two I would look at are:

If you want to translate individual strings on the front end then take a look at http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress

For bitnami you might want to follow the steps https://wiki.bitnami.com/Applications/BitNami_WordPress_Multisite#How_to_configure_the_domain_for_the_WordPress_Multisite_main_blog.3f

For the Ubuntu install, you can check your host file if local, or if you have access the DB, via PHPMyAdmin or similar. In MySQL find the WordPress database and look in the options table for siteurl.

It looks like some of the theme files are missing or have been moved you can redownload the theme https://wordpress.org/themes/customizr and upload it into your themes folder.

If the issue persists then you are best of asking in the themes dedicated support forum https://wordpress.org/support/theme/customizr

You will have to be a little more specific, where are you seeing that message?
What process did you go through to update and what specifically have you updated?

Also what version of WordPress are you currently on?

This really isn’t the right place to ask such questions you will be better off posting to a photography community, these forums are purely for discussing WordPress the software rather then it’s usage.

Personally I would appreciate this review if it was my plugin, it shows your description is clearly not clear enough.

Having looked at the plugin description, I can easily see how someone would not realise that the build and publish aspects are a paid for service. I would go so far as to say it currently does its best to hide such potential costs.

Perhaps rather then berating a reviewer and potential customer for failing to read the description, you spend a little bit of time rewriting it to make it crystal clear in the main description (not tucked in the FAQ) what steps someone needs to do to publish and where they may incur costs.
