https://github.com/cftp/babble
or if you need something simpler but capable of more then one language
https://wordpress.org/plugins/multilingual-press/If you want to translate individual strings on the front end then take a look at http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress

Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: Find WP installed on Win7 and Ubuntu 14.1For bitnami you might want to follow the steps https://wiki.bitnami.com/Applications/BitNami_WordPress_Multisite#How_to_configure_the_domain_for_the_WordPress_Multisite_main_blog.3f
For the Ubuntu install, you can check your host file if local, or if you have access the DB, via PHPMyAdmin or similar. In MySQL find the WordPress database and look in the options table for siteurl.

In reply to: What does re-installing (from admin) WP fix?Re-installing WordPress from admin, downloads a fresh copy of WordPress core and installs it. Circumstances where that might be useful, is when you think WordPress might have been tampered with or when errors keep popping up saying files are missing that relates to the core. You can also manually download and reupload the files if you prefer, many people do because while both methods retrieve from the same location, if you download it you know you did it and can check it before reuploading.

In reply to: Unable to access WordPress after updateIt looks like some of the theme files are missing or have been moved you can redownload the theme https://wordpress.org/themes/customizr and upload it into your themes folder.
If the issue persists then you are best of asking in the themes dedicated support forum https://wordpress.org/support/theme/customizr

In reply to: site loading slowly – simple WordPress site with few pluginsWhile I know this started as a performance question as per the Forum welcome, we close topics like this (when they become hosting recommendations) due to the amount of spam that they attract. The WordPress team has provided a list of a few recommended hosting providers. In reply to: Is this commercial use? This really isn’t the right place to ask such questions you will be better off posting to a photography community, these forums are purely for discussing WordPress the software rather then it’s usage.
To stop wayward comments I’m going to close this topic.

In reply to: [Worona - Build free mobile apps with WordPress] Complete scamI am going to close this thread, the review has been made and responded to.
At this stage the plugin author is simply digging their own hole, and while that maybe entertaining to watch is not constructive. Hopefully with cooler heads some rewording will be made to the description to prevent any further users misunderstanding and leaving negative reviews.

In reply to: [Worona - Build free mobile apps with WordPress] Complete scamPersonally I would appreciate this review if it was my plugin, it shows your description is clearly not clear enough.
Having looked at the plugin description, I can easily see how someone would not realise that the build and publish aspects are a paid for service. I would go so far as to say it currently does its best to hide such potential costs.
Perhaps rather then berating a reviewer and potential customer for failing to read the description, you spend a little bit of time rewriting it to make it crystal clear in the main description (not tucked in the FAQ) what steps someone needs to do to publish and where they may incur costs.
Just a thought

Good luck getting back up quickly and just be careful of some quackery normally installing a plugin won’t solve issues like this.
