my site has been hacked and now I can’t access it
I have tried resetting my password but it keeps telling me I have the wrong password
I tried asking for extra help to restore my site and that didn’t work either
can anyone advise me what to do please

Hi,

Try to create new admin user.
You can use this http://stephanis.info/2011/08/11/create-new-admin-account-in-wordpress-via-ftp/

Then probably the best solution will be to delete all wp files and upload them again, change passwords anywhere – database, ftp ….
Many things to do, google will find you more steps …

Hi dear,

anyone can help me .. My wordpress : http://www.tariqmcom.com is not able to open and login .. some chiness url are opening when i am puting site name ..any solution ?

tariqmcom, your solution is as Tim outlined above. In particular the first link to FAQ My site was hacked. You’ll be accessing your site via FTP and your host’s cPanel, so the inability to login is not a serious hindrance.
