In reply to: Twitter Widget Crashing entire site HELP?????Log in via FTP and delete the jetpack folder from wp-content/plugins. Then try reinstalling Jetpack from the plugin repository.
Some other things to check:
– Are you using PHP 4 or 5? PHP 5 would be best.
– Are you using W3 Total Cache? If so, that may be causing problems.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: JetPack – ShareDaddyWe realize the two experiences with Sharing options are wildly different between Jetpack and WordPress.com. One of our goals with an upcoming release of Jetpack is to make the two experiences as identical as possible. I don’t have an ETA on when that will happen, but it is on our roadmap to do so.
Thanks very much for your feedback! 🙂

In reply to: 404 error only on stats pageEMG_781: are you still having this problem? If so, could you share your site URL? If you’d prefer to keep your URL private, please submit a ticket to us and link to this forum thread. Thanks!
djgmani, try deleting the Jetpack folder via FTP. Then reinstall.
What exactly are you attempting to do? If you’d prefer Jetpack’s shortcode over Soundcloud is Gold’s, then you should be able to disable Soundcloud is Gold rather than modify Jetpack’s code.
Please let me know how I can help further.
Here’s a post on how to view your subscribers.
On subscribers: it isn’t currently possible, on the Jetpack side, to group your Twitter, Facebook, and email followers together. This may become available in the future, however, so keep an eye on Jetpack’s releases.
On Stats, can you provide more information, rachelfhirsch?
In the next release of Jetpack (no ETA yet), the Google +1 button will use a larger size (~20px or the “medium” size).
Thanks for the feedback 🙂

In reply to: Jetpack Subscription – Code for Customized Optin FormCurrently, the only available option for the subscription form is the sidebar widget. We’re looking at new options for the subscription form in a future release of Jetpack. Thanks for the feedback!
Are you still seeing these messages after you activate the plugin and navigate back to your Dashboard?

In reply to: Jetpack Installed and connected but now presents errorIf you deactivate Jetpack and reactivate, do the errors occur again? If so, could you please try and reinstall Jetpack.
This sounds like a Javascript or CSS issue. Do you have any other plugins running? Or have you made any modifications to the Oulipo theme?
Could you try switching either to no cache or to WP Super Cache temporarily to see if the issue persists? There are some known issues with Jetpack and W3 Total Cache that may be why you are seeing issues recording registered user visits.

We’ll do our best to sort this out for you, though there may be gaps in the data we can retrieve.
Could you share your site URL? If you’d prefer to keep it private, you can submit a ticket to us via our contact form with a link to this forum thread.

In reply to: Jetpack Stats not working@MyDreamDinZ: It looks like there are a couple of things going on. In testing your blog, it has slow response times from our servers at WordPress.com. This, along with the site stats page being fairly data intensive, will combine for a slow page load time for your site stats. It may take longer than average for the site stats to fully load.
