In reply to: Jetpack stats how not to count my visit to siteClick on the Jetpack menu item, then on Configure under WordPress.com Stats. Uncheck “Count the page views of registered users who are logged in.” Click save.
That should take care of it for you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Could you post your URL or, if you’d like to keep it private, submit a support ticket to us?
It would be helpful to see PHP error logs from when you received these blank screens. When you received an entirely blank screen, there is almost always a PHP error of some kind. That would be the best place to start with your host.
I’ve added this to our development list. No ETA on when we’ll have a fix for it, though. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
Do you have a link to you site so that I could see what is going on?
If you go to your Dashboard, click on the Jetpack menu, you’ll see the modules listed out in the main window. Click on Configure under WordPress.com Stats. You’ll want the “Report Visibility” setting.

In reply to: jetpack subscribe questionHere’s a post on jetpack.me about that. Let me know if you have any other questions.
This ability isn’t currently available, though we’ve had several similar requests. We’re considering this for a future update to the Jetpack subscriptions module. Keep an eye on our updates!

In reply to: Publicize now available? My apologies for the confusion. Publicize is currently only available to WordPress.com users. There was an update to the code that handles the display of this screen which mistakenly caused this link to Publicize to appear for Jetpack users.
Today I noticed that the layout for subscribers changed, though. It now reads “followers (includes publicize) and gives a link to the wordpress.com page about the Publicize feature. BUT with jetpack, I can’t seem to found how I can use Publicize. Any thoughts?
Publicize is only available for WordPress.com users currently. There was an update to the code that handles this screen that caused this message to be displayed in Jetpack when it shouldn’t have been displayed. My apologies.

In reply to: Jetpack causes issues in ChromeCould you provide some screenshots of what is happening? I’ve worked with current versions of WordPress and Jetpack in Chrome and haven’t seen a disruption like this.
Also, what other plugins are you using? There may be potential there’s a conflict between Jetpack and another plugin that is causing this.

In reply to: Help with Email SubscriptionsThis is a known issue with the Jetpack email subscriptions right now. It is on our development list to get fixed, so please stay tuned for a fix. Thanks!
Do you have BuddyPress installed? If so, try disabling BuddyPress while you run the Jetpack activation. Once Jetpack is activated, re-enable BuddyPress.

In reply to: WP Stats -> Jetpack: do I keep my old stats? If I upgrade from WP Stats to Jetpack, what happens to my year-plus of WP-STATS? Do I lose them, or does Jetpack absorb them?
Jetpack will retain the same stats as WP Stats.
What are the pros and cons of upgrading? I am skeptical and would like to find out the facts…
Jetpack offers more in its package along with Stats. Additionally, WP Stats is no longer being maintained; future enhancements will be offered through the Stats module in Jetpack.
If you have any specific concerns, I’d be happy to address them.
Others are asking questions too… such as the privacy of my stats in the ‘cloud’, whom it gets sold to, etc. http://www.nothyself.com/blog/hrmmm-jetpack-you-say
While we store your stats data on our servers, your data is yours. We don’t sell it to third parties.
