The feedback tab is part of the contact form module. If you don’t want to use either, go to the Jetpack screen, click on Learn More by the Contact Form module, then click deactivate.

In reply to: How do I send summary post to subscribers instead of full contentNo, you won’t lose any subscribers when we release a new version.
Sorry; I’m referring to the extra line breaks that appear before the “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” on http://www.edinburghinnwells.co.uk/xmlrpc.php
These extra line breaks are usually caused by a plugin or theme issue.

In reply to: How do I send summary post to subscribers instead of full contentThis is a bug; we’ll be addressing it in an upcoming release (no ETA).
If you look at http://www.edinburghinnwells.co.uk/xmlrpc.php, there is extra data being added. This could be your theme or a plugin. Try switching to Twenty Eleven and deactivating other plugins until the extra data goes away.
If you prefer Contact Form 7, you can deactivate Jetpack Contact Forms by going to the Jetpack menu, clicking Learn More by the Contact Form module, and then click Deactivate. To switch back after our update is released, follow the same steps and click Activate.

In reply to: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expectingTry downloading a new copy of Jetpack from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jetpack. Then delete the copy you have, upload the new copy by FTP, and activate it. Things should work ok.
Try disabling your plugins one by one until you find the issue. I don’t believe this is related to Jetpack; just in case it is, make Jetpack the last plugin you deactivate.
It might be a bad Core WordPress file, too. I’d recommend, in that case, downloading a clean copy of WordPress and uploading it to your server.

Hi – we’re working on updating Jetpack’s contact form module to account for these issues. No ETA on a release yet; we’ll keep you updated. Thanks for the report!

When I look at your pages, everything shows up correctly.
We’ve seen this bug before too and are working on it. Notifications should go out only when a post is first published, not each time it is updated.
500 errors are server-side. Delete all copies of Jetpack you currently have and download a new copy from the plugin repository or from http://jetpack.me.
By the error log you sent, it looks like you also have a lot of other errors going on outside of Jetpack that need to be addressed that could be interfering. SQL syntax errors, memory_limit errors, etc. These aren’t directly related to Jetpack, but they could interfere your server functioning properly.

In reply to: [Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] "Share this" text not being translatedIt is likely that those strings haven’t been translated in the GlotPress project. If you want to assist with that, you can go here and submit translations: http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/jetpack
