@taim786 a few thoughts: do you use UTF-8 as your blog encoding? Does your new theme supports wp_title properly? See here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/wp_title
There is no single recipe for SEO. Usually what you see is post title + site name but that’s up to you to decide what works best for you. You might want to use the full length of title and make it very descriptive rather than sparing a part of it for your site’s name. Maybe it’s more important for you to have your site’s name next to your titles.
Test what works best for you
Your site looks fine. All Open Graph tags are there with right attributes. I tried to share your website and it looked fine on Facebook.
Hey,
Have you tried SEO > Titles & Metas > Force rewrite titles?
Hey,
It depends on your site and what Google “thinks” of it. There is no standard interval for having your posts on Google’s index right away.
The last few years Google has been doing a great work on keeping their index fresh and up to date really fast.
I don’t think it’s the missing / at the end of meta tag that’s causing the errors but the fact that twitter:card and others are not part of the HTML5 yet.

What’s your site’s URL?

You need to do a bit of hacking to one file. Are you familiar with editing PHP files?
