hello, its all virtual products and no tax settings enabled.
I created simple product and added 4 of them and it gives me 0.02 wrong on the total. the subtotal is correct
hello, this is in admin area and you add products, i use it with 2 decimal. have eur as standard and usd as optional when i add eur products to order and then click change to USD it calculates wrong. for example subtotal shows correct but total is showing 0.01-0.02 wrong depending on products added.
Code is correct but the formatting is wrong because i did not add the correct “code” formatting here.
Consider making this function user friendly.

Tried in other browser and it works, guess it was a cache issue.

The files dont appear in the ticket so where are they?

I tried the code and it “works” but not the way i was expecting.
So i have 3 forms pods-form-ui-pods-field-test, pods-form-ui-pods-field-test2, pods-form-ui-pods-field-testip3.
On intial page load the pods-form-ui-pods-field-test is the only form visibile. if its not empty the pods-form-ui-pods-field-test2 is visible. if its not empty pods-form-ui-pods-field-test3 is visbile.
And in reverse:
When pods-form-ui-pods-field-test3 is empty it will be hidded but the other 2 will show, when pods-form-ui-pods-field-test2 is empty. only pods-form-ui-pods-field-test1 will be visbile.
Thank you. while this plugin has potential it needs improvments on many things, few bugs here and there too.
This feature along with the others i listed are very simple to implement, in fact i have done it myself and it took me a few hours.
i can list probably 50 things that can be improved and 50% of them are very simple to do. im not complaning but you need to see over the other plugins, not only for wordpress. there are so many other ticket system you can learn from and improve this. Keep it up.
CHeck your other plugins or access settings. I have 3 wordpress sites and all works, there is one issue i dont like and that is the fact the user have to enter name and email before replying to the ticket, should be automatic for registered users.
Add a custom “Priority” field in new ticket field and user can set.
Same for all products, even its a single, variable product or with subscription. the calulcation is wrong.
